In light of the recent developments around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the uncertainty we are all facing, we felt that it was important to assure you that we expect no major interruptions to the products, services & operations that we provide to you. To date the banks are continuing business as usual, meaning account maintenance including direct debit requests, statements & progress payments will still all be available across the lending market.
We believe that flexibility at such an uncertain time is critical, and want to do everything we can to provide this to you.
Racehome & Electronic Submission Documents
Our office in Toowong remains open for the time being, but with the situation still developing we are still unsure if we will be working from our office, remotely or from home in the weeks to come. We have invested significant time and training into our Racehome software which allows you to complete your loan application (including supporting documents) entirely online and paperless with the help of one of our brokers over the phone.
All members of our team can work remotely and have access to our secured network to assist you should you need any guidance along the way. Please keep in touch with your broker or a member of our Admin team, as well as our Facebook page for any ongoing updates.
A Great Time to Review
With record low interest rates, now is a great time to review your lending and financial position. It’s also an opportune time to review your ongoing expenses – in particular recurring expenses such as insurance.
